This is the whole interaction. That's the point.

How it works

Four taps between you and a court.

There's no learning curve here. If you can read a text message, you can run your whole tennis week on this.

01

Get rated

Make an account, and your pro sets your level. That rating is what decides which drills show up for you — you never scroll past sessions you can't play in.

02

See the week

Upcoming sessions, grouped by day, with time, court, level, and who's already in. Sign-ups open a set number of hours ahead so nobody camps a spot in March.

03

Say yes

In, maybe, or out. The bar fills as people commit. If it's full you land on the waitlist and move up automatically when somebody drops.

04

Show up

Your pro checks you in on the court. That check-in feeds your stats, your attendance streak, and the points anyone who referred you is earning.

For players

Five tabs. That's the entire app.

Everything a member needs sits behind one of five words at the top of the screen. Nothing is buried.

Upcoming

The sheet, filtered to you

Every drill you actually qualify for, in day order, with a live count and a countdown to start. Nothing you can't play in ever clutters the list.

  • Fill bar shows red / amber / green so you know if a session will run
  • Waitlist with your place in line, auto-promoted when a spot frees up
  • Group chat on every drill — "running 5 late," "anyone got a can of balls?"
  • Leave-by time from your home address, so you're not guessing at traffic
  • Share a session to a text thread as a card, not a wall of copy-paste

Book a lesson without the phone tag

Each pro publishes their week. You see real open slots, pick a length, and it's on both calendars — no voicemail, no "let me check and get back to you."

  • Only genuinely free time shows as bookable
  • 30 / 60 / 90 minutes, whatever that pro allows in that gap
  • Your booked lessons ride along in Upcoming with your drills

Challenges

A ladder that actually moves

Challenge the level directly above you. Win, and you swap. It runs on a clock, so nobody sits on a rating they haven't defended in two years.

  • One set of skinny singles — quick enough that people say yes
  • Match chat to sort out when and where
  • Winner reports, loser confirms, pros settle disputes
  • Pros are on the ladder too, and yes, you can challenge them

Referrals

Bring someone out. Play free.

Claim a code, share your link. Anyone who joins through it is yours from then on, and every time they show up you bank points toward a free drill.

  • Your friend's first drill is on the house once a pro rates them
  • You earn on check-ins, not sign-ups — real bodies on court
  • Points never expire, and spending them doesn't cost your leaderboard spot

Enough for a free drill — spend it on any session you're signed up for.

For pros & clubs

The half of the app your members never see.

Sign in as a pro and five more tabs appear. This is where the week gets built, the roster gets managed, and the club finds out what's actually working.

Build the week in day columns

Drop drills onto a day, set level, cap, court, and minimum. Repeat a session weekly and the whole series posts at once.

Auto-cancel that saves the drive

Set a minimum. If a session hasn't hit it an hour out, it cancels itself and everyone who was in gets told — before anyone's in the car.

Players & ratings

One roster, searchable, with the rating you assign. Ratings drive eligibility, so nudging someone up or down instantly changes what they see.

Groups & private invites

Build a group once — Tuesday ladies, high school squad, the 7am guys — and post sessions only they can see.

Reach the quiet ones

One tap pulls the numbers of everyone who hasn't answered into a text with the session details already written. Fill a court in ninety seconds.

Stats worth reading

Attendance rates, fill rates, hours taught, no-show patterns, and a dossier on every player — what they play, how often, when they last showed.

A switch for every feature

Referrals, challenges, chat, new signups, free spots — each one has an on/off switch. Turn a feature off for the club and it disappears cleanly for everyone.

Check-in on court

Tap names as they walk on. That single tap drives attendance history, referral payouts, and the numbers you show the club owner.

Nothing gets lost

Past sessions stay searchable with their rosters intact, so "how many came to Tuesday live ball in April" is a ten-second question.

Challenges

Beat the level above you. Take their spot.

The rules are short on purpose. Everything runs on clocks so a challenge can't quietly die in someone's inbox.

🪜
Climbing
Challenge anyone exactly one level above you. Win and you swap levels. Lose and nothing changes. 5.0 is forever — beat a 5.0 and you join them, they never drop.
🤝
Accepting
7 days to accept — ignore it and that's a strike. Accepting starts a 7-day clock to play. Sort out the when and where in the match chat.
🎾
Format
One set of skinny singles, doubles alleys in play. Tied at 6-6 there's no tiebreak — next game wins.
🏆
Reporting
Winner reports. Loser has 48 hours to confirm or dispute; silence counts as confirmed. Disputes go to a pro.
Strikes
3 strikes drops you half a level. Finishing any challenge — win or lose — wipes them clean.
🚦
Limits
One active challenge at a time · 2 per month · 30-day cooldown on rematches. Lose a match and you're shielded from challenges for 90 days.

Referrals

Growth that pays the person doing the work.

Clubs spend real money on ads that don't bring anybody to a court. This pays your existing members instead — and only when the person they brought actually shows up.

  • Claim a code you can say out loud on a court, share the link
  • Whoever signs up through it is yours permanently
  • They get their first drill free once a pro rates them
  • You earn on every check-in they make — no cap, ever
  • Points are counted live from real check-ins, so they can't be farmed
What a check-in is worth
1.0month one
0.75month two
0.5month three

After three months they've settled in and you've done your part — but points you already earned never expire. Cash them in on any drill you're signed up for, and undo puts them straight back if you change your mind.

The board

The leaderboard ranks points earned all-time, so spending yours never costs you a place on it. Your people show as active when they've checked in within the last month.

Why it works here

Built for a club, not for a spreadsheet.

Nothing to install

It's a web address. Open it, add it to your home screen if you want, and it behaves like an app. No store, no updates, no "which version are you on."

Live, not refreshed

When someone signs up, every phone looking at that drill updates on the spot. The count you're reading is the count right now.

Made on the courts it runs

Every rule in here came from an actual problem at an actual club — the four-person drill that fell apart at 5:55, the ladder nobody played.

Questions

The ones people ask at the desk.

Do players pay for this?

No. Players use it free. Drills and lessons are billed the way your club already bills them — this replaces the clipboard and the group text, not the pro shop.

Does everyone need to download something?

No. It's a website that works like an app. Open the link on any phone, tablet, or computer. On iPhone you can add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen with no browser bar.

What if I don't have a rating yet?

You can still make an account. You'll see a note explaining that a pro sets your level the first time they see you hit, and once that happens the right drills appear.

What happens if a drill doesn't fill?

Your pro sets a minimum when they post it. If the session hasn't reached that minimum an hour before start, it cancels itself and everyone who was in gets a notification. No one drives out to an empty court.

Can we turn parts of it off?

Yes. Referrals, challenges, chat, new signups, free spots — each one is a switch in the control room. Turn something off and it disappears for members entirely, not greyed out with a nag.

Does it do pickleball?

Yes. Pickleball sessions carry their own color, their own ball size, and their own filter, so the two sports never blur together on the sheet.

How do we get our club on it?

Reach out and we'll set up your courts, your pros, and your levels, then import your player list. Most clubs are posting their first week within a day.

Ready when you are

Post the week. Watch it fill.

Open it on your phone right now — you'll see the same sheet your players see.
